Five Star Premium Kiln Dried Hickory Firewood. Our hickory firewood is perfect for use in your BBQ smoker, charcoal grill, wood fired oven, wood burning stove, fireplace, and more! Hickory is one of the best types of hardwood firewood available. It has one of the highest BTU values out of all species of wood. It is preferred by many home chefs and BBQ pit masters when used for cooking and smoking meats. Our standard cut is about 16 inches in length and an average diameter of 3-4 inches. Available in 1/4 cord, 1/2 cord, 3/4 cord, or 1 full cord.

This is our 3rd year buying wood from Five Star Firewood. They are great so don’t let the review title throw you off. The only problem we have had is the lack of communication. From one day to the next they announced they would be arriving with our fire wood. A few days notification would be much better.
Easy online access to products and easy ability to purchase. Quick delivery within a few days, wood is quality.
I am not a new customer but each and every time I experience a new level of service. Our most recent order was placed online late on a Friday evening while sitting by the fire. A little after 9:00am the next morning we were notified by text it was on the way. By 10:00am it was delivered and stacked. You won’t find better service anywhere. Five Star Firewood is beyond five stars.
Wood was dry as advertised. Solid drop in the driveway by their driver and the amount was as advertised
