Five Star Premium Kiln Dried Firewood. Our kiln-dried firewood is recommended to provide the best quality firewood burning experience that you will find. We use state of the art kilns that cook your wood at 260 degrees for over 30 hours, drawing out moisture and eliminating insects and mold. This process creates a low moisture content under 15% and means that our firewood is very easy to light and produces minimal smoke while burning. The standard cut length is about 14-16 inches and the average diameter of logs is 3-4 inches. Available in 1/4 cord, 1/2 cord, 3/4 cord, 1 full cord, or more.

I ordered the wood, but was never contacted about a delivery date. I did get a message about 10 minutes before the driver showed up. Very happy with the wood, was just expecting to coordinate an arrival date and time.

I've ordered before and knew that the quality was good. The cost of everything has gone up and wood has not been unaffected. That being said, the mixed hardwood that I received was great with lots of oak. The delivery team was very respectful of my property and delivered the wood via garbage totes right next to my rack where I stacked it. I will gladly order again.

Very happy with Five Star's Premium 100% Hickory Kiln Dried Firewood. It burns clean with minimal smoke compared to the seasoned wood I used previously. I checked the wood with a hydrometer and it's consistently below 6% which verifies that it's kiln dried. Seasoned wood is usually in the 15% range. Half the moisture = half the smoke. I can't say it's smoke-free but it's as close as I've ever had. To the point where people at my house comment on how nice the fire is without a ton of smoke in the air. Great wood!
